It's like you're walking through a ponderosa pine forest, which are abundant in the Black Hills. Have you ever looked down, under your feet, at the beautiful brown pine needles? We think specifically of the beautiful old grown trees around Pactola Reservoir, or around our own properties (with less old growth!). Warm chestnut browns blend perfectly into barely-there tans.
